<p>We are called to discipline. We need a context in which to exercise discipline. We need to act in discipline.<br></p>

<p>We have a call to live sacrificially, and in doing so we are examples to those who grow up in our presence, pointing them to Jesus and calling them to live faithfully in Christ’s calling.</p>

<p>Palm Sunday is a celebration&nbsp;of the King who has come to bring peace but one day Jesus will return to judge all who do not give Him their&nbsp;allegiance.</p>

<p>The knowledge of the eternal promises we have in Christ is not just a hopeful view of the future, but a certainty that can and should guide and strengthen us today.</p>

<p>We can only become what God has called us to be by relying on the settled indwelling of Christ that He would strengthen and direct us to live in His love.</p>

<p>Obedience is a recurring theme in the Bible, emphasizing the importance of following God's commands and will. Scripture demonstrates over and over that it is not a matter of following rules, but it is about our heartfelt compliance as a reflection of our love for God and His love for us as experienced by following His way, the only path to true happiness and joy, bringing glory to God and us as His imitators.</p>
