<p>As believers, our lives are to be grounded in trust that God fulfills His promises.<br></p>

<p>Our lives in service to Christ are to be rooted in worship, carried out in worship, and given times to reflect in worship for what He has done.<br></p>

<p>The works of God are in opposition to the works of the world, and will cause conflict with worldly goals.</p>

<p>The plan of God is to be our highest priority in all things.<br></p>

<p>Our life as a church depends on our humble unity as a body, grounded in the truth<br></p>

<p><span class="yt-core-attributed-string yt-core-attributed-string--white-space-pre-wrap" dir="auto" role="text"><span class="yt-core-attributed-string--link-inherit-color" dir="auto">A life that displays the truth will be a life lived in communion with the larger body of Christ.</span></span></p>

<p>We find our peace by trusting in the complete and eternal redemptive work of God.<br></p>

<p>As we move forward from Christmas into the new year, we benefit from understanding the nature of the new creation breaking into this old world.<br></p>

<p>As followers of Christ, we are to grow ever more in our understanding and witness of the truth and in our rejection of idols.<br></p>
